Family Service Center serves all of Galveston County with all services from offices on the Island and in Texas City. The agency strives to work closely with the school districts within the county. STAR program services for at-risk youth are also available in Chambers and Liberty Counties in offices in Baytown, Liberty, and Cleveland.
